Jessica is the Practice Manager, holding a Bachelor of Business (Executive Administration). With more than eight years’ experience across payroll, accounts, administration and client services, Jessica brings calm structure to busy days and helps ensure clients receive clear communication and consistent support.
She plays a central role in the day-to-day running of the firm, overseeing practice operations, compliance processes, trust workflows, and the costs and billing systems that keep matters progressing smoothly, while also fostering an inclusive, supportive and collaborative team culture.
She is driven by her passion for making a difference and faces challenges head-on. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
Rebecca Rothschild
Business Support Manager
Rebecca is the Business Support Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and brings 10 years of experience across corporate marketing, brand management, and project leadership within multinational FMCG and retail companies.
In her role, Rebecca supports the firm across marketing and business operations, including social media, business strategy, recruitment support, and managing client feedback. She is approachable, highly organised, and focused on keeping the team connected, responsive, and client focused.
Pavani Weeratunge

Tiffany Vainer

Tiffany graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Laws and Criminology. She has experience across property law, intellectual property law and family law, and has found particular fulfilment in assisting clients through difficult and stressful periods.
Prior to working in the legal industry, Tiffany worked as a medical receptionist, where she developed strong communication skills and an ability to support people with empathy, patience and care. Tiffany is passionate about ensuring clients feel heard, supported and treated fairly. She strives to make the legal process clear, approachable and as stress-free as possible.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys training her dog, Mac, and spending time in nature.

With 17 years of experience supporting Australian businesses, she brings a calm, organised, and detail-focused approach to the firm’s day-to-day accounts, reconciliations, and bookkeeping processes. Chloe is committed to maintaining accurate, compliant financial records that support a well-run practice.
Ellen Creagan
Bookkeeper
Ellen is an experienced bookkeeper with a strong focus on legal trust accounting and the day-to-day management of trust receipts and related processes. She works closely with the firm’s trust accounting systems each day, helping ensure accurate, compliant, and well-managed financial practices across the business. Ellen holds a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and a Certificate III in Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her animals.
